Description:
The primary job of the Business Development Advisor is to identify and develop new revenue opportunities in target markets as well as increase existing clients' marketing spend with Discount-Lists. Business Development Advisors place phone calls to targeted business verticals, and respond to inbound inquiries. Business Development Advisor responsibilities include analyzing customer needs, making product recommendations, compiling quotes, converting the new accounts and post sales customer relationship management (CRM).
Sales experience and resume are required. Business Development Advisors must learn quickly, effectively communicate with clients and exhibit professional integrity at all times. Candidates must be willing to engage in direct sales and work with leadership to achieve personal and company objectives. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and the ability to work in a fast paced and professional environment is a compulsory.
